Shipping & Returns
Is delivery free?
We offer free shipping on regular sized orders. However, this excludes rural delivery and oversized orders.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been confirmed, it typically takes between 7-14 business days to manufacture your custom blinds. After dispatch, delivery usually takes between 1-4 business days depending on your location within New Zealand. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Can I return my blinds if they don’t fit?
Because all of our blinds are custom-made to your exact specifications, we are unable to accept returns due to incorrect measurements. We strongly encourage you to double-check your measurements before placing your order. If you need help, refer to our Measurement Guide or contact our support team.
What happens if my blinds arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging our blinds to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your blinds arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You have a 48-hour window to make any changes or cancel your order. After this period, we begin the manufacturing process and cannot accommodate changes or cancellations.

How do I clean roller blinds?

Yes, roller blinds can be installed on doors. We recommend choosing a spring-loaded mechanism or motorized option for ease of use.
What is the difference between sunscreen, light-filtering, and blackout roller blinds?

Yes, you can select whether your blinds stack to the left, right, or split in the middle. This allows you to customize them according to your space and convenience.
Can roller blinds be motorized?

Are vertical blinds good for insulation?

Yes, but ensure you use appropriate anchors to secure the brackets and prevent damage.
What if my windows are not perfectly square?
If your windows are not square, measure at multiple points and use the narrowest width and shortest drop to ensure a proper fit.

Are sample colors accurate to the final product?
