- Definitions: In these terms, “Company” refers to ValueBlinds; “Customer” refers to any individual or entity purchasing from ValueBlinds.
- Product Range: ValueBlinds specializes exclusively in custom-made roller blinds and vertical blinds.
Quotations
- Price Validity: Prices displayed on our website are subject to change at the Company’s discretion without prior notice. However, once an order is placed and payment is received, the price is fixed for that transaction.
- Special Quotations: Any special quotations provided are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance.
Ordering
- Acceptance of Terms: By completing a purchase on our website, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
- Customer Information: The Customer must provide accurate and complete information, including name, email address, and payment details, to process the order.
- Order Acceptance: The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order or part thereof. If an order is rejected, the Customer will be notified, and any payment made for the rejected portion will be refunded.
Pricing
- Currency: All prices are listed and payable in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
- GST: Prices and delivery charges include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Promotions: Special offers or discounts are available while stocks last and may be withdrawn without notice.
Production and Shipping
- Lead Time: Upon order confirmation, we aim to manufacture and dispatch custom blinds within 7-14 business days.
- Delivery: Shipping is available within New Zealand only. Delivery times may vary based on location.
- Shipping Charges: Standard shipping is free for most orders. However, deliveries to rural areas may incur additional charges, which will be calculated at checkout.
Measurements and Installation
- Customer Responsibility: As all products are custom-made, accurate measurements are crucial. The Customer is responsible for providing precise window measurements. We recommend consulting our Measurement Guide or contacting our support team for assistance.
- Installation: Installation services are not provided by the Company. However, we offer detailed installation guides and can recommend local professionals upon request.
Cancellations and Returns
- Order Changes: Changes or cancellations can be made within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, production begins, and modifications are not possible.
- Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Warranty
- Coverage: We offer a 3-year warranty on all roller and vertical blinds, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.
- Claims: Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
Privacy
- Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary to process orders and provide services.
- Data Use: Customer information is used solely for order fulfillment and communication purposes. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
- The Company’s liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or a refund of the purchase price.
- The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
